Engr. Olumide is a consummate professional with over three decades of post-qualification experience. He started his career at Abdul Jail Construction Limited Bauchi in 1987 as a trainee engineer, upon his graduation, he worked at NLNG project in bonny. Engr. Olumide’s interest and passion took him to the Obite gas project with Elf Petroleum (Now known as Total Energies). He has worked in several other organizations in varying capacities such as: Step Development Limited, Femab Properties Limited, and Ancient International Development Limited, before branching off on his own.
He commenced his entrepreneurship journey when he founded Mytilene Ventures in 1996, he thereafter founded Lanocks Construction Company where he seats as MD/CEO. Engr. Olumide serves on the board of several companies within and outside Nigeria, which includes Delta Mall Development Limited, Asaba Mall Development Limited, Owerri Mall Development Limited, and Tropicana Mall Development Limited. He is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Median Group of Companies Limited.
Engr. Olumide has Pioneered several impactful construction projects in Nigeria, foremost of which is the development of Delta mall with a GLA:13,900m2, located in Warri- Delta state, the Construction of Owerri Mall with a GLA:13,000m2 located at Owerri- Imo state, the construction of Asaba Mall with a GLA:8000m2 located at Asaba- Delta state, the remodeling of Ibom Tropicana Mall with a GLA: 7700m2 located at Uyo- Akwa Ibom state as well as the Construction and remodeling of two Hundred Primary Health care Centers in Oyo State.
On Infrastructural development, particularly roads, Engr Olumide has also embarked on various projects, foremost of which is the construction of Pamol Road Oghara Delta State, Construction of Eket-James Town Road Akwa Ibom State, Remedial works on Calabar Itu Road. To date, he has pioneered several ongoing buildings and road constructions. Engr. Olumide has received several awards and recognition from the Nigerian Institute of Building Lagos state Chapter, Leadership Excellence, and Rotary Club of Asaba GRA. He is an ardent lover of sports who enjoys playing golf, and table tennis and loves to watch football. He has been privileged to attend several management courses within and outside the shores of Nigeria. He is happily married and a strong believer in strong family values.
Prince Adeleke Adeyemi holds an MBA from the Dublin Metropolitan University with a dual concentration in Finance and Business Strategy and a B.Sc. in Economics from the Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago- Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria.
He has over 12 years quality experience in financial industry with expertise in loan structuring, corporate finance, project finance and management, banking operations, business management, portfolio management, wealth management expertise, and Investment management During this period, he also served on the board of a number of conglomerate companies, on the regional and international levels, focused on improving the everyday life of the average stakeholder.
Notable among his assignments was the position as the Relationship Manager at First Bank Nigeria PLC Oniru Branch in 2008 to 2010 and Business Manager, Badore branch 2010 to 2012.
Mr Olugbenga Sule is a group Director with Median Group and a Director in each of the Subsidiaries. He possesses bachelor’s degree in history and international relations from Ondo State University.
He is a seasoned businessman with wealth of experience in Business Development. He has been into commodity business since year 2000 and ranked as one of the prime distributors of Dangote Group brands.
He is also a distributor to Flour Mills Limited of Nigeria. His wealth of experience has contributed immensely to the development of our business in Median group at large.
Kemi is a legal counsel and chartered secretary with vast experience and strong competencies in corporate governance, compliance, transactional advisory and restructuring.
Kemi worked with a top law firm where she participated in various dispute resolution processes specifically in litigation and arbitration. She subsequently joined Median Infrastructure Development Company as Head of Corporate Services where she advised on capitalization for joint venture projects and proffered innovative solutions to contractual issues.
Prior to joining the Greenville team, Kemi worked with DCSL Corporate Services Limited (DCSL) and actively participated in various corporate governance, board evaluation and compliance engagements for multinationals and top indigenous companies in the financial, FMCG, finance, Educational and Insurance sectors.
Kemi is a corporate governance expert who provides compliance support services to both public and private limited liability companies. She facilitates training sessions for start-ups and SMEs on the application of corporate governance and enhancement of board effectiveness.
Kemi is a skilled legal writer with articles published in various legal platforms, newspapers and journals. She is the editor-in- chief of “Law Weekly”.
Kemi is a graduate of law from the University of Ibadan. She was the overall best student in Corporate Governance in the 2017 induction of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSAN).
Kemi holds professional membership with the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Nigeria (ICSAN), Nigerian Institute of Management Chartered (NIM) and Toastmasters International.
Olawunmi was raised in retail, his family ran a major supermarket chain - from 1970 to 2006 - in Ilorin, Kwara State for 36 years. With studies in Modern European Languages (BA Hons.), MBA (Studies) from the University of Ilorin, and a professional training program ( Corporate Communications) at the Pan-Atlantic University School of Media and Communication, he was – until recently – the Business Development- /Property Manager for the Shoprite Group in Nigeria - overseeing the development strategy and business expansion projects. Aside from his 10 years in retail operations and project/business development within Shoprite, he has worked in advertising, sports marketing, and in the Bank and Non-Bank financial sectors.
Oladipo is the General Manager, Finance and Administration of Median Group. He is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, where he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics and a Master's in Business Administration. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACIT). Mr. Oladipo started his career as an auditor with BDO, Balogun Badejo & Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants, where he was responsible for auditing medium to large businesses in sectors such as banking, FMCG, and Financial Services.
Before joining Median Group, he has over 25 years of work experience in Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Construction Sectors, where he worked in various Finance Functions across Finance Operations, Planning, and Corporate Finance.
Ayo Taire is a financial consultant with interest in taxation, auditing, accountancy, financial intermediation and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, and have served in various organizations as Chief financial officer, General Manager Risk and Operations. Ayo is an experienced loan arranger for both offshore and local capital. His working experience spans stints in accounting, finance, oil and gas and leasing, beginning at Deloitte in 1991 where he qualified as a chartered accountant and joined Bouygues Engineering and Construction Company as senior accountant in 1997 and subsequently, Head of supply-Chain management. Between 2014 and 2016, Ayo served in the role of General Manager Finance and Compliance at the UK Group, Achilles Information Ltd; operator of the Nigeria Petroleum Exchange (NIPEX). His role involved ensuring the growth and profitability of the organization in addition to risk and treasury management including accounting Stewardship.
Earlier in his career, he served as the Group Financial Controller of the foremost leasing company, C&I leasing Plc, providing strategic financial control with supervision of the treasury, management accounting, and financial / statutory accounts. In this capacity, he successfully coordinated the issuance of a $12m offshore convertible loan stock in addition to raising an 8-billion-naira five-year bond instrument for institutional investors in the Nigeria capital market. The role also includes strengthening controls in the Treasury & finance area, providing various statutory and management reports, improving funding profile and capital efficiency.
Ayo holds an M.Sc. in Corporate Governance from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK and a post graduate diploma in Management information system from the University of Ibadan. Ayo is a Certified Risk and Compliance professional. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.
